Our Return Policy is Simple

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original unopened condition for a full refund.  Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from KoolScrapbook.com. 

Returns are Easy

Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Attach the return label from the front of your packing slip and ship to the address indicated on the label. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Returning Gifts
We are happy to accept returns of gifts within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a gift certificate refund to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. At this time, we can only issue a refund, and cannot make an exchange. Be sure to include either your packing slip or the e-mail address and name of the person who gave you the gift. (We will not let the purchaser know about your return.) 

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
